九龙冰室（Nine Dragon Char Chan Teng）由 Christine Nah 与 Kenny Low 于 2017 年创立，从校园相识到并肩创业，他们把初心与热爱化为道地港式茶餐厅品牌。

From a dream at 13 to a brand built with love, flavor, and grit.

Founded in 2017 by husband-and-wife duo Christine and Kenny Low, Nine Dragon is more than a tea restaurant—it’s the realization of a lifelong passion. Christine, inspired by her years in Macau, and Kenny, a chef with a dream, combined their love for cha chaan teng culture to bring authentic Hong Kong flavors to Malaysia.

初心与热爱
对他们来说，茶餐厅不仅是饮食，更是情感与回忆。Christine 曾在澳门深受港式饮食文化熏陶，而 Kenny 自学生时代便立志开创属于自己的茶餐厅。于是，九龙冰室应运而生。

坚持与成长
从品牌到菜单、装潢到体验，两人亲力亲为。2017 年首店开业，疫情来袭时依旧咬紧牙关挺过难关。如今，全马已拥有 8 家分店，并开放加盟合作，持续稳步扩展。

Starting from scratch with no investors, every detail—from the retro interiors to the recipes—was crafted with heart. Even when the pandemic struck, they held on to the Nine Dragon spirit: resilient, fiery, unbreakable.

Today, with 8 outlets across Malaysia and growing franchise opportunities, Nine Dragon continues to serve soul-warming meals—preserving true Hong Kong flavors while embracing local tastes. More than food, it’s an experience: neon lights, nostalgic vibes, and the warmth of gathering around a comforting meal.
